It does what it says it does. I have been taking one of these in the late morning for about two weeks, and I can really tell a difference. There are times when I feel like it almost works too well, and I have a hard time forcing myself to eat. During those times, it's not uncommon for me to feel faintly hungry but nothing will sound "good", if that makes sense. I have found that food tastes a little different when I take it.
